People Choose Timber Lakes Because…
Living in the mountains is very different from living in a city or town. The mountain environment is breathtakingly beautiful, the air is clean, the temperature is cooler and the setting is serene. Lot owners are members of the Timber Lakes Property Owners Association (TLPOA), a private non-profit Utah corporation, organized in 1979. Members can participate with the elected Board of Directors to help pave the future of our small community.
We have a very diverse plant and animal wildlife population. Private, peaceful, and lots of places to explore and have fun. Roads and property are managed by Community Solutions & Sales, a Premier Association Management Company.
